Remote setup and basic configuration for up to a total of 10 clients, users, devices, or assets within ZF Rescue Connect products.
- Data import is carried out using standardized MP-FEUER Excel templates, which are completed by the customer with the relevant master data (e.g. personnel, devices, vehicles, etc.).
- Import of operational data such as missions, exercises, or other historical data is not possible.
- The flat-rate price applies to a one-time conversion of any number of worksheets within the provided Excel templates.
The intermediate step using these Excel templates allows the customer to review, validate, and clean their data in advance in a simple and structured manner.
Note:
If the Excel templates are not completed correctly in accordance with the specified requirements, additional costs may be incurred for individual data adjustments (e.g. formatting, field length, data mapping, links, etc.) at an hourly rate of EUR 125.00.
