With PRODICO.bridge, mission‑critical data for current incidents can be automatically retrieved directly from the VIVASECUR dispatch system of the control centre in real time. The data is then converted and forwarded to MP-FEUER Profi or the respective software modules “Incident Management” or “Incident Dispatching”, where it is processed. This ensures that incident data in MP-FEUER is always up to date and can, for example, be displayed simultaneously on the MP-FEUER information terminal.
PRODICO.bridge is a standalone system and is installed and licensed in addition on your existing server. A permanent network connection between the dispatch system, PRODICO.bridge and MP-FEUER Profi is required for data transfer. Additional costs for the network connection (data usage / provisioning / etc.) may be incurred by third‑party providers.
PRODICO.bridge is designed and updated in accordance with the current interface specifications of the respective manufacturers. If older versions or individual manufacturer‑specific customisations are used, additional costs may arise for customer‑specific adaptations of PRODICO.bridge. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with an individual quotation.

Note:
For the use and updates of PRODICO.bridge, your existing software service contract will be increased by an annual usage and service fee.
For connection to the dispatch system, additional technical measures (e.g. VPN tunnel) or licences may be required by the control centre.
