With PRODICO.bridge, mission‑critical data for current incidents can be retrieved automatically and in real time directly from the ISE COBRA dispatch system of the control center. The data is then converted and forwarded to MP-FEUER Profi or the respective program modules “Incident Management” or “Incident Dispatch”, where it is processed. As a result, incident data in MP-FEUER is always up to date and can, for example, be displayed simultaneously on the MP-FEUER information terminal.
PRODICO.bridge is a standalone system and is installed and licensed in addition to your existing server infrastructure.
For data transfer, a permanent network connection between the dispatch system, PRODICO.bridge, and MP-FEUER Profi is required.
Additional costs for the network connection (data usage / provisioning / etc.) may be incurred by third‑party providers.
For connection to the dispatch system, additional technical measures (e.g. VPN tunnel) or licenses on the part of the control center may be required. Please clarify the technical requirements for access to the dispatch software with your responsible control center in advance.
PRODICO.bridge is designed and updated in accordance with the current interface specifications of the respective manufacturers. If older versions or manufacturer‑specific customizations are used, additional costs for customer‑specific adaptations of PRODICO.bridge may arise. We will be happy to provide an individual quotation upon request.
Installation and Customer‑Specific Configuration
