With PRODICO.bridge, mission-relevant data for current incidents can be automatically retrieved directly from the email (MAÜ attachment) of the ISE COBRA emergency dispatch system. The data is then converted and forwarded to MP-FEUER Profi or to the respective program areas “Incident Management” or “Incident Dispatch”, where it is processed further. This ensures that incident data in MP-FEUER is always up to date and can, for example, be displayed simultaneously on the MP-FEUER Info Terminal.
PRODICO.bridge is a standalone system and is installed and licensed in addition on your existing server.
For data transfer, a permanent network connection between the emergency dispatch system, PRODICO.bridge and MP-FEUER Profi is required.
Additional costs for the network connection (data usage / provisioning / etc.) may be incurred by third-party providers.
For the connection to the emergency dispatch system, additional technical measures (e.g. VPN tunnels) or licenses on the part of the dispatch center may be required. Please clarify the technical requirements for access to the EDS software in advance with your responsible dispatch center.
PRODICO.bridge is designed and updated according to the current interface specifications of the respective manufacturers. If you use older versions or manufacturer-specific customizations, additional costs may arise for customer-specific adaptations of PRODICO.bridge.
