With PRODICO.bridge, incident‑relevant data for current operations can be automatically retrieved in real time directly from the emergency dispatch system or alerting system. The data is then converted and forwarded to MP‑FEUER Profi or to the respective program areas “Incident Management” or “Incident Dispatch”, where it is processed. This ensures that the incident data in MP‑FEUER is always up to date and can, for example, be displayed simultaneously on the
MP‑FEUER Information Terminal.
PRODICO.bridge is a standalone system and is installed and licensed in addition to the existing server environment. For data transfer, a permanent network connection between the emergency dispatch system, PRODICO.bridge, and MP‑FEUER Profi is required. Additional costs for the network connection (data usage / provisioning / etc.) may be incurred by third‑party providers.
For integration with the emergency dispatch system or alerting system, additional technical measures (e.g. VPN tunnels) or licenses may be required.

Installation and Customer‑Specific Configuration
PRODICO.bridge can be individually adapted and configured to meet the customer’s requirements and needs. For this purpose, we recommend at least one project day for defining the requirements and programming the system by a specialist from our company.
Note:
For the use and updates of PRODICO.bridge, your existing software service agreement will be extended by an annual usage and service fee.
