As a pure web application, all users (e.g. event organisers, instructors, fire chiefs and participants) can collaborate and communicate together via the internet. This significantly reduces administrative effort and offers numerous advantages:

- shared event database for the entire administrative district

The portal is optimised for mobile devices (such as tablets or iPads), enabling all users to work reliably while on the move.
The event management portal is operated with a separate database for each administrative district and is hosted in a Hetzner data centre in Germany. It meets the highest standards for data protection and IT security.
