With MP-FEUER Profi and the ELS MP-FEUER (Standard) interface, you can import incident-relevant data for the current incident directly from a dispatch system or alerting software into the "Incident Management" section of the program.
The interface offers two import methods:
- The interactive method allows you to import data directly into the user interface of the incident module. XML files located in a pre-configured directory are loaded, and all incidents are displayed for selection in an import dialog. A selected incident can then be imported into an existing MP-FEUER incident. Data is transferred in XML format.
- The automatic method enables automated data import. In the network version, the MP-FEUER Connector can also be installed. If the ELS interface is licensed, the Connector provides a REST API for creating individual incidents. Data is transferred in JSON format.

Note:
The MP-FEUER-Profi software and the other programs mentioned above are not included in this interface and must be purchased separately. All updates to the above-mentioned interface are provided free of charge as part of an existing software service agreement with the corresponding service level (Standard or Premium).
